You want to lift heavier, move with confidence, and stop wondering if your body can handle what you're asking of it as you age. Maybe you've had an injury before and just don't trust a random program written by someone who's never met you.
You don't need another generic class, you need a program built around your body specifically.
Most gyms and personal trainers are built for people without cranky joints or recurrent pain. That works great until you're the person with the shoulder that's always a little stiff or is scared to lift again after a back injury.
Then you're modifying on the fly, hoping you guessed right, or just avoiding the lifts you're not sure about.
Most trainers just avoid the areas that hurt instead of building strength and mobility through them. We use our PT knowledge to do both.

If you're already a 901PT patient: your strength training picks up exactly where your PT plan leaves off. We know what you're working on, what to build around, and what your PT wants to see next. Nothing gets lost in the handoff.
If you've never done PT with us: you still train inside that same clinical structure. Strength Coach Noah has a team of physical therapists as a resource for every program he writes, and if something ever needs a closer look, getting on a PT's schedule is quick, because we already know your training history, so we can match you with the right PT and fold that history straight into your care.
The goal is to keep you training while we sort out the pain, not to pull you out of training and hope it resolves on its own.

Groups are small (Max 6 people) and meet Tuesdays and Thursdays, with strategic, progressive programming that builds over months instead of throwing a new random workout at you each session.
Everyone in a session works through the same overall program, but every movement gets scaled to where you're starting from, your fitness history, and any current or past injuries. Two people can be squatting side by side in the same group and using completely different loads, ranges of motion, or variations, depending on what their bodies need that day.
Never touched a barbell? This is the perfect place for you! If the idea of a strength program makes you nervous, you're exactly who we built this for. Noah scales everything down to your starting point and builds from there.
Been training for years? You'll still get pushed. Noah writes programs around compound lifts, strategically, over months, not a random workout every time you show up. You can track your strength and your progress the same way you would in any serious program. The best part is that you can have the confidence to push hard while respecting any injury history or areas of concern.
Put those two together and you get coaching that feels personal inside a group setting: welcoming enough for a total beginner, and serious enough for someone who's spent a decade in the gym.

Some people want a coach's full attention, and some people don't live close enough to train with us in person. We offer individual 1:1 sessions and remote programming, both built the same way: around your goals, your history, and your schedule.
Fill out the form and we'll set up a quick call. We'll talk through your goals, your training history, and any injuries or pain you're dealing with, and help you decide whether a group, 1:1 training, or remote programming is the right first step.
