Katie Barrett is a certified personal trainer and competitive powerlifter.  She believes that everyone, regardless of their level of experience, can benefit from strength training. 

Whether a beginner, an advanced lifter, or anywhere in between, Katie will give you the tools to keep you active and strong for a lifetime. 

She has worked with a variety of populations and specializes in helping clients build confidence and resilience through barbell and resistance training. 

 In her spare time, she enjoys cheering on her stepsons at baseball and cross country events, reading, gardening, bird watching and walking with her husband and their dog Zuri.
